"Brandes and the silver rush of the 12th and 13th centuries. Nouvelle scénographie", "Le spectacle de la montagne" and "Été 1944. Le Maquis de l'Oisans" are the three current exhibitions at the Musée d'Huez. The archaeology and history of the Brandes silver mine of the Dauphin (lord of the Dauphiné), the tourist and urban development of the Alpe d'Huez resort from the 1920s to the present day, and the story of the rise to altitude of the Alpe d'Huez FFI military hospital during the summer of 1944 will all be told.
