Description

From age 2 and a half, Alpe d’Huez has ski schools where little ones can learn under ideal conditions in a fun environment and at their own pace.

Everything is organized so that skiing is a pleasure and a game. In a protected area, specific equipment is installed: snow ropes, covered mechanical carpets, carpets and welcoming figurines are there to promote learning.

SKI PASSES
In Alpe d'Huez, families are offered a range of packages at attractive prices: Family rate, Tribe rate, not to mention the à la carte packages.

For children under 5, skiing is FREE!
But beware ! The darlings still need a pass: remember to bring an identity document (compulsory) to withdraw the pass at the cash desk.

Beginners
The progressiveness of the ski area and the dedicated areas allow apprentice skiers to discover the pleasures of skiing in the best conditions. At the bottom of the slopes, two protected areas are available to beginners:
- Near the Bergers shopping mall
- From the Rond-Point des Pistes

And, in addition, 3 lifts are totally free for beginners, young or old, to progress without spending a penny!

It's not sufficient ?
If progress is rapid, beginner skiers have the option of buying the beginner pass at €28 per day which, in addition to the 3 free ski lifts, will give them access to:

The Rif Nel area with the Petit and Grand Rif Nel carpets and the Rif Nel cable car. The Games area with the Frogs carpet, the Shepherds carpet, the Sheep carpet, the Sagnes ski lift and the Schools ski lifts.

Play areas
3 fun areas are located on the ski area to share unforgettable moments with the family: Chez Roger, Jacques le Bûcheron and Marcel’s Farm.

Located around the Games track, it is embellished with several courses and modules!

Multi-activities
From €25 per person for holders of a 6-day or more ski pass, the Pass Loisirs + allows unlimited access to the leisure and sports activities of the Palais des Sports de l'Alpe d'Huez: Heated outdoor swimming pool ; Indoor swimming pool ; Skating rinks (skates included); Table tennis (rackets included); Bodybuilding (from 16 years old).

With the 6-day pass, you can ski 2 days in Les 2 Alpes and 1 day in each of the following areas: Serre-Chevalier, Puy Saint Vincent, Montgenèvre, Italian Milky Way.
